As per usual, Lisa Kleypas has produced a wonderful read, and I cannot wait to continue the series with Smooth Talking Stranger. I yelled at Haven to get out, to say no. He’s supportive and wants to be there for her. Hardy was a wonderful hero, he was very patient and kind Loved it! Seriously, though, I highlighted many passages in this book because it resonated with me in an intensely personal way.

And her brother Jack was so sweet too. Hardy CatesHaven Travis.

Although one it’s well-established why. I am planning to re-read the next book in this series very soon and can’t wait to get my hands on a new book by Lisa Kleypas.

His mother was abused and mistreated while he was growing up by his father that he can understand and kelypas more sensitive to Haven than someone that hasn’t been in that situation. In spite of all the horrible things that happened to her and the way she started to turn her life around, her character still smacked of the poor little rich girl cliche’. Nick’s true colors show once he is married.

A note about Steamy: Nick becomes increasingly resentful and angry. Two years have gone by. And for something so smartly written it was equally engrossing. Also, it would not hurt to mention that the fact that Hardy Cates is muscular, large and sexy all around just bluue makes me feel all giddy inside! I absolutely llsa Hardy and Haven together. I am a HUGE fan of her historical romances but her contemporary romances are nothing to laugh at.

Haven Travis is a poor little rich girl, looking for her place in the world, considered frivolous by her father, and at odds with him on about every issue.

Most women would be in hysterics by now.
